Our courses are delivered through Thinkific, a third‑party learning management system. By enrolling in any course, you also agree to Thinkific’s platform policies, technical requirements, and payment processing terms.

4. 7‑Day Refund Policy

We want learners to feel confident in their decision to train with Workplace Tutor.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course.
Once significant progress has been made or the 7‑day period has passed, the course becomes non‑refundable.
